Philanthropic Capital: The Legal and Financial Advisor's Role
(pdf) Published in March 2000. The Philanthropic Initiative
launched this 15-month research project to learn the degree to
which professional advisors are providing philanthropic
guidance to their clients (non-existent-to-comprehensive),
what influences this, and further, what impact this advice has
on donors. Some 550 insurance professionals, financial
advisors, accountants, lawyers and donors were surveyed for
this study.
